Past bond funds from #99-97 CR 56 ($242,000) and #03-121 CR 96 (235,404) were reallocated to fund cost over runs for this project.

The City has approved an Engineering contract with BIRKHOFF, HENDRICKS & CONWAY, L.L.P. BHC should start engineering work by Dec. 1, 2009.

6/21/2010: Verified by City Manager - Engineering is ongoing and should be completed by Sep. 1, 2011 (15months). Construction schedule is unknown due to funding constraints.

2/7/2011: Verified By City Manager - Design is ongoing.

1/23/2013: Verified by city Public Works Director - Design will proceed in 2013. The project was granted RTR funds for construction.
