The City of Allen submitted Stacy Rd for RTR funds. They will use the 07 bond money as their 20% match for RTR Funding.

1/12/2010: TxDOT is doing Engineering. Expect Environmental clearance in early 2010. Right-of-Way acquisition will start after that and should take 9-12 months. Construction to start by late 2010 or early 2011. The City will need to develop 3 party agreement with Fairview, Allen and Collin County.

6/21/2010: Confirmed by City Program Tech - TxDOT is doing Engineering. Awaiting Environmental clearance. Right-of-Way aquisition will start after that and should take 9-12 months.

1/18/2011: Verified by City Engineer and TxDOT - Public Hearing is scheduled for Feb. 24, 2011.

4/20/2011: Verified by City Engineer - TxDOT let date is Sept 2012.

1/25/2013: Verified by City Engineer -TxDOT to manage construction. Currently TxDOT letting date is tentatively Dec 2014. TxDOT ROW acquisition is underway.
