6/21/2010: Verified by Town - The utilities are 95% complete. The contractor has paved the west bound lanes between Preston and Coleman and is currently working on backfill and sidewalk prior to opening to traffic. The proposed area between Coleman and the Dallas North Tollway has been limed and paving of this area should commence next week.  Construction from Sep. 2009 - May 2011
 
1-7-2011: Verified by City CIP Manger  - Construction is 97% complete. Opened to traffic around Thanksgiving 2010. Remaining cosmetic itens to be completed within 30 days. COMPLETE
